When you submit a quotation request, the form sends your name, email address, optional phone number, selected service, optional budget and timeline, and project description to ManaCoding. The website does not save these form details in its own database; the request is sent by email to challapallisairam019@gmail.com and info@manacoding.com through the server's configured mail service.

Visit notifications

To notify ManaCoding when the site is visited, the website sends one notification per browser session. It includes the visit time, page path, IP address, and browser user-agent. The notification is emailed to challapallisairam019@gmail.com. A PHP session is used to avoid sending a separate notification for every page opened during the same session.

How information is used

Service providers and external links

Quotation requests and visit notifications pass through the website host and its configured email transport. Products and third-party sites linked from ManaCoding are operated separately and have their own privacy practices. Review those sites' policies when you follow an external link.

Retention and privacy requests

Quotation requests are retained in the recipient email accounts and are not stored in a website database. The website's PHP session data is handled by the server configuration. To ask a question about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact info@manacoding.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
